The FOUNDATION FOR THE DEAF AND VULNERABLE POPULATION OF COLOMBIA AND THE WORLD, FUSCOM, is a juridical entity created as a civil entity without purpose of profit that will work for deaf population, of scarce resources, the childhood, youth, older adults, women head of family and shifted for the violence among others.

We struggle for the improvement of necessities unsatisfied of its adherents in the employment order, education, housing, spiritual advisory, communication and entertainment.

Very soon this space will show the feeling of our people, demonstrating that there aren’t barriers to improvement, growing and progress.
